Who we are

Fresh Stroll is a family-run stroller and car seat cleaning service in San Francisco, California. You can reach us any time at freshstroll.sf@gmail.com.

What we collect

There are four places on this site where you can give us information.

• Booking a clean: your name, email, phone number, ZIP code, what needs cleaning, the makes and models, whether any item has been in an accident and any known problems, whether you want pickup or will drop off, your preferred window, how you heard about us, your typed signature on the service agreement, whether you opted in to text messages or marketing photos, and any notes you add, which may include access instructions.
• Joining the waitlist: your email address and ZIP code.
• Requesting a gift certificate: your name, email and any note about who it is for.

We also record how you arrived, meaning any campaign tags in the link you clicked, the site that referred you and the first page you landed on. That is stored in your browser only for the length of your visit, and it is attached to a request if you send one. We use it to understand which of our efforts actually reach families.

How we use it

To schedule and carry out your cleaning, to contact you about your booking, to send you your confirmation and payment link, to answer your question, and to let you know when we reach your neighborhood if you asked us to. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who else sees it

As few people as possible. Our website is hosted by Vercel. Requests you send are delivered to a private spreadsheet we keep with Google, and emailed to us through Resend. Those companies process the information on our behalf so we can run the business. If we add card payments later, a payment processor will handle your card details and we will never see or store the full card number.

Analytics

We count page visits using privacy-friendly analytics that do not use advertising cookies and do not follow you to other websites. We only ever see totals, never individuals.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as we need them for our accounts and tax records, which is generally seven years. Waitlist entries are kept until we reach your area or you ask to come off the list, whichever comes first. You can ask us to delete anything sooner.

Your rights in California

Under California law you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. You can also tell us not to sell or share your personal information, although we do neither. We will never treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

Children

This site is for parents and carers, not children. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13.

Changes

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top.
