I have told you truthfully whether any item has been in an accident, and about any known damage or problems. I accept that cleaning can affect the look, feel or performance of my gear, and I choose to go ahead. I will check the reassembly against the manual and confirm the item is safe before I put my child in it. I authorise you to disassemble, clean and reassemble my gear, and to refuse any item that is unsafe. I understand your liability is limited as described, and capped at the amount I paid for the service.
